What we collect

When you start a trial or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the plan you select. If you become a customer, we also collect the business and customer-contact information needed to send review requests on your behalf.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the Reptivo service, including sending review requests to your customers by email and, where you have chosen a plan that includes it, by text message; to respond to your inquiries; to process billing; and to improve the service. We do not sell your personal information or your customers' contact details.

Who processes it

Payments are processed by Stripe. Customer and messaging automation runs through HighLevel. Each processes only the information needed to perform its function, under its own privacy policy.

Text messages

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply CANCEL to opt out of text messages at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending review requests, by contacting us at priv@reptivo.com. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
